Skills:

• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Requirement:

• Strong creative skills with the ability to develop original designs and concepts.
• Ability to think creatively and provide design solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including branding, web design, print materials, social media graphics, etc.
• Good communication skills to understand and interpret client briefs and feedback.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, polished final designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of print production, digital design, and multimedia design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Experience in working with digital marketing teams.
• Familiarity with branding guidelines and the ability to create cohesive brand identities.
