Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to customers regarding digital products, digital advertising, promotions, and marketing while ensuring excellent service. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to digital products, advertising, promotions, and marketing services.
- Guide customers through product documentation and troubleshooting processes.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information.
Skills:
- Customer Support & Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Digital Products & Advertising – Understanding of digital marketing, advertising strategies, and promotions.
- Technical Skills – Ability to understand and explain product documentation.
- Problem-Solving Abilities – Efficiently resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Time Management & Organization – Handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitasking ability with a customer-first approach.
